NYX is distributed under the AGPL-3.0 License. This is a strong copyleft license designed to prevent mega-corporations from taking open-source code, closing it up, and monetizing it without giving back.
If you modify NYX and run it as a public service (SaaS) over a network, you must release your modified source code to your users under the same AGPLv3 license.
If your company policies prohibit open-sourcing your product, or if you wish to remove NYX branding, you are legally required to purchase a Commercial License.
